Learn about our next Annual General Meeting, upcoming Board opportunities, and access past Annual Reports.

At our yearly General Meeting, you are invited to:

  • Hear from our Board of Directors, an elected body that works on your behalf and holds us accountable
  • Ask questions and give feedback on matters impacting the cycling community
  • Learn about the vision for the upcoming year from our Board President and Executive Director
  • Find out the results of our Board of Director election. If you are a member, you will get a ballot to vote for the Board of Directors, which sets the strategic direction for the organization.
    You do not need to be a HUB member to attend, but you do need to be a registered member to vote for Board of Director candidates and motions.
