Senior Events Manager 

Lisa (she/her) leads our event team, managing HUB's annual events program. Before joining HUB in 2022, she worked in conference production, hosting live and virtual events for audiences across North America and Europe and has marketing and PR experience in the UK's social enterprise sector. 

Growing up in London, UK, some of Lisa's earliest memories involve riding the bus and train around the city, and as a result, she never felt the need to learn to drive. Today, she continues to be a strong advocate for public transit and believes that the combination of transit, cycling and pedestrian infrastructure plays an important role in building livable communities. 

Her favourite biking accomplishments include bike-packing Japan's Shimanami Kaido trail and, more recently, bike-camping on BC's Sunshine Coast.
