Director of Bike Education

Lesley’s love of cycling started early—riding a tricycle around the living room at age two while being spoon-fed dinner between laps. Since then, bikes have been a constant in her life, evolving into a passion for commuting, bike touring/packing, cross-country, and freeride mountain biking. Today, she brings that same energy, joy, and commitment to her role as Director of Bike Education at HUB Cycling.

With over 15 years of experience designing inclusive programs and delivering operational excellence, Lesley has led national and regional initiatives that support workforce development, equity, and innovation across the non-profit, government, social enterprise, and private sectors. She has managed multi-million-dollar projects and built strong partnerships to expand opportunities for underserved and underrepresented communities.

Outside of work, you’ll find her mentoring riders, organizing events, building trails (on occasion and still learning), or hitting the trails—especially those that welcome and uplift LGBTQ2+ and BIPOC communities in the outdoor space.
