Style guide - views (listings)
This is a views block - showing featured news/articles
The views block allows you to select a view (or listing) of content.
You can select the background style (none - white-, grey, or gradient.
You can add a button (usually links to the "all" content view)
The news is sorted by sticky and featured flags and then by date.

Displays by featured then date
Committiees
Because the design for committees block is differnt than the other views, you add via it's own block.
The display of the committees is dynamic, it will grow as more committees are added.
